2nd Northern Ireland Poomsae Championships at Queens PEC, Belfast on Saturday 5th June
Coach Adrian Williams said everyone worked hard and prepared well training up to 3 times a week. For Jake & Sam Chelsea this was their first competition and they enjoyed every minute of the experience and "can't wait for the next one". For Sam Reddick, theis was his 3rd competition since starting Taekwondo just under two years ago. He feels that with every competition he gains more experience and knowledge. The competitors are looking forward to, and training hard for, their next grading later in July.

Still unsure?
- Compete at local, national and international levels
- Change your lifestyle - get fit and healthy
- Improve concentration, mental awareness - give your brain 'something to do'
- Have you watched TKD on Eurosport, or in the Olympics and thought..."I wanna do that"?
- Become more flexible; improve balance, posture and general well-being
Taekwondo has a lot to offer - we believe anyone and everyone has their niche - so why not give it a try?
